 Let’s get together 

Give me a few hours of your time, either in person or virtual.  I will evaluate each room and provide you with a written marketing assessment of your home which will include a detailed recommendation to make each room and outdoor space more appealing to your potential buyer. The cost for a consultation is $250. If you decide you don’t have the time or simply don’t want to perform the work yourself, let me do it for you! If you move forward with our staging services, the consultation fee will be deducted from the cost of the job. 

 Accessory Stage 

This stage is for clients who are occupying their home during the listing process. Using what the client already has and rearranging existing furniture and décor. Recommendations will be made for depersonalizing and decluttering spaces.  Provisions of additional furnishings and décor may be needed to achieve the look we wish to maximize your home's selling potential.  The cost for an occupied home stage ranges from $800-$1,500.

 Perfection Every Step of the Way

This stage is for clients who are occupying their home during the listing process.  This stage incorporates decluttering and removing unappealing furnishings and items while the home is on the market. The furnishings will be removed by my crew and stored off site at my storage facility. This stage includes rearranging and utilizing pieces the client already has and adds additional furnishings and decor to achieve the look we wish to maximize your home's selling potential.  This stage ranges from $1,500 to $2,900+ depending on how much storage is utilized and how much additional furniture and décor is provided. This price includes one month of storage, if additional time in storage is needed a small monthly storage fee will be added. 

 Anything but Ordinary

Statistics show that a vacant home will sit longer on the market than a furnished home. This stage may be to fully furnish and decorate a vacant home, or the seller may select key rooms they wish to have staged.  As a potential buyer scrolls through the MLS listing, or walks through the home during a showing, a vacant home can look cold and unwelcoming.  Staging will help the potential buyer better envision their lives in the home.  I will design a beautiful concept for your home and supply all of the furnishings and décor to achieve the best look for your home's maximum selling potential.  Every item will be strategically placed to entice and pull at the heartstrings of the potential buyer. My team will deliver and set up furnishings and décor for staging and remove the items once the sale is complete.  This stage ranges from $2,000 - $3,900+ depending on the amount of furnishings & décor provided.

Investing in professional staging can turn your rental into a cozy home-away-from-home and bring in much higher profits.  I will detail and decorate your Airbnb or VRBO property so it will appeal to a diverse market, making it easier and faster for you to rent! Airbnb renters are skimming property after property online.   Let me stop them in their tracks with jaw dropping photos that will make them look no further and click to book property!   

A Fresh Start

Staging 101-declutter! I will organize and declutter your home to make it look clean and fresh for MLS photographs.  Potential buyers are studying every posted photograph on MLS before they decide to physically visit the property. I can offer short term storage to hide away some of the items that may not look appealing to potential buyers.  My crew can remove items and deliver back when needed.  I also offer junk removal services. Since 95% of potential buyers are shopping for homes online, true curb appeal includes inside and outside of the home. A clean, well-organized, decluttered home will photograph beautifully & sell fast!
